Dr. Samantha Joye and the ECOGIG team will launch "Science at the Stadium", a unique, exciting series of Education and Public Outreach events. Dr. Joye and several members of the ECOGIG research team will be on hand, teaching aspiring ocean explorers about the Gulf of Mexico! The event will feature an educational video about the Gulf and small remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) in a water tank that can be operated by children (or young adults). Participants will receive a laminated Pilot’s license with their name on it.
