Image: Adrian Burd has been inducted into the University of Georgia Teaching Academy (http://teachingacademy.uga.edu/) as a member of the Class of 2017. The UGA Teaching Academy is a part of the Teaching Academy Campus Program started by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and the American Association for Higher Educations. The goal of the Academy is to provide a campus forum for leadership in teaching and learning. Membership of the Academy is by invitation and is extended to faculty who have demonstrated a prolonged and significant commitment to teaching and learning.
